General terms and conditions
§1. Validity of the GTC
These general terms and conditions apply to the transfer of the vacation apartment including all available items and services. All contracts issued by Grindhouse UG are based on the following GTC. The GTC apply to natural persons, commercially acting persons and companies.
§2. Bookings / Booking confirmations
Booking requests and booking inquiries are requested via the booking form. If the desired period is available, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking and an invoice from us. The reservation for the apartment is valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation, as well as after payment received (see §3).
§3. Payment modalities
After receiving the booking confirmation, the total amount is to be transferred to the account immediately, if this has not already been done at the time of booking. When paying, it is mandatory to include the invoice number in the reason for payment. If the amount is not transferred 30 days before the booking period, the customer is in default even without a reminder.

All prices are final prices and include the statutory sales tax.
§6. Cancellation conditions
Until 14 days after booking date we will refund 100% of the total payment. However, if the arrival date is less than 14 days in the future, the full amount is still due.
§7. Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 3 pm. On the day of departure the apartment is to be vacated at 11 am. An exception exists if there is no subsequent booking, then a checkout at 1 pm is possible. The information will be communicated upon arrival. In case of late departure, the owner reserves the right to charge an additional fee. A late departure is defined with 100 € per hour. The apartment must also be left swept clean on the day of departure.
Accommodation of animals of any kind is not allowed. In case of infringement, termination without notice is justified.
If the apartment is used by more people than stated in the booking, there is a reason for termination without notice. Subletting and transfer of the apartment to third parties is not allowed. There is no legal entitlement to a refund or compensation.
§10. Severability clause
Should one or more provisions of these GTC become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose pursued by the invalid provision.
